My signature treatment- a blend of Reiki healing energy, trigger point release, Positional Release Technique and classic Swedish techniques. The combination of long strokes, kneading, circular friction and static pressure relaxes the muscles and releases stuck energy. The result is a mental and emotional clearing which creates a path for healing to occur all while nurturing the spirit. Other benefits include reduced levels of stress, stronger immune system, better sleep,  reduction in pain and anxiety, increased blood and lymph fluid circulation, an increase in muscle health and a balance of the musculo-sketetal systems. Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid and other metabolic wastes.
